Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to Digital Aura, offered through 10K Dre Digital.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to create an account. Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate information, and promptly update information that changes.
2. Your content and Auras
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, reproduce, and display that content to operate features you choose. You are responsible for having permission to publish people, media, trademarks, links, and other material in your Aura.
3. Public profiles and communications
Published Auras are public and may be copied, shared, indexed, downloaded, or saved to wallets and contacts. Communications sent through an Aura must be lawful and authentic. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent casting or employment opportunities, send spam, or use contact information outside the purpose for which it was provided.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, exploitative, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, malicious, or rights-infringing activity. Do not upload malware, evade access controls, scrape private data, disrupt the service, or expose passwords, financial account data, government identifiers, health records, or a child's private information.
5. Community features
Community and network features are also governed by the Community Guidelines. We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or maintain service integrity.
6. Third-party services
Links, booking tools, email, Daily voice/video, Supabase, wallet providers, and other integrations may be governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content outside our control.
7. Service changes and availability
Features may change, pause, or end. Beta and preview features may be incomplete. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance or respond to security incidents.
8. Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service and use Account Settings to request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, legal requirements, or risk to others. Some limited records may remain where legally required or in rotating backups.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Digital Aura is a profile and communication tool; it does not guarantee employment, casting, bookings, relationships, audience growth, or business results. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
